Transparency in Coverage

In 2020, federal agencies responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) issued the Transparency in Coverage (TiC) final rule. The rule requires issuers and non-grandfathered group health plans in the commercial market to provide pricing information in machine-readable files.
