Contractor Talent Portal (CTP-powered by SAP Fieldglass)

SAP Fieldglass is the Vendor Management System (VMS) used for hiring staff augmentation contractors at TVA. For questions, contact your TVA sourcing representative or email TVA’s Contractor Workforce Program Manager at [email protected].

TVA will go live with our Contractor Talent Portal (powered by SAP Fieldglass) effective May 13, 2024. Time cards and expenses needing processed for dates worked under the former VMS (IQNavigator) should be entered into IQN within 60 days past Go-Live.

Web Contractor Security System (WCSS)

Suppliers coming onsite to perform work at TVA must check each employee/contractor through WCSS to verify suitability criteria and check for employment restrictions before access will be granted.

Safety and Health Plan

TVA expects all suppliers perform work at TVA to submit a plan at least 30 days prior to beginning work onsite to ensure a safety management system is in place.
