Proposed Section 26a Permit for Modifications to Young Harris Water Sports Marina on Chatuge Reservoir

TVA is considering a request by Young Harris Water Sports for a Section 26a permit to modify an existing marina on Chatuge Reservoir. The proposal includes adding a fuel dispensing system, fueling dock, and a fueling station on the end of the existing slip of the marina operation. The location is at Hiwassee River Mile 123.8L in Towns County, Georgia.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request.
