Proposed Section 26a Permit for a New Marina on Nickajack Reservoir – Bean Bowl, LLC

TVA is considering a Section 26a application request from Bean Bowl, LLC for a  new commercial marina and associated harbor on Nickajack Reservoir. The proposal includes a full-service floating marina. The marina harbor limits will be 1,162 feet by 100 feet.  This project is located at Tennessee River Mile 468 (left bank) in Hamilton County, Tennessee.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before September 20, 2023.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to [email protected].
