Public Recreation Easement in Soddy Daisy

TVA is considering a request to grant a 30-year public recreation easement over about 48 acres at two public parks on Chickamauga Reservoir at Soddy Creek miles 4.1 (right bank) and 3.5 (right bank) in Hamilton County, Tenn.  The City of Soddy-Daisy has requested that TVA grant one 30-year public recreation easement for the continued operation of both parks (Kids Park and Holly Circle Park) serving the Soddy-Daisy community.

TVA is interested in receiving comments regarding the action’s potential to affect the environment or historic properties, and to identify any other issues associated with this request.  The comments will be considered to reach a decision concerning the proposed action.

Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection.  All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before February 28, 2014.  Written comments may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to [email protected]
